All products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled except as provided in our Return Policy.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods through our payment processor Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

4.2 Payment Security

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details and comply with PCI DSS standards.

4.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with your purchase. Prices displayed do not include these additional charges unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our partner Printful. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, with additional time for shipping based on your location.

5.2 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
